  • Job description
    Are you customer-orientated and do you want to work in an international and dynamic work environment? Do you have a strong expertise in a customer service role? We are looking for you!
    As Customer Service Coordinator, you are responsible for organizing the transport activities and maintain and develop a strong relationship with our clients. You take initiative towards the customer and together, with the client, you find a solution for every challenge. Besides that, ensuring the link between customers and operations
    and giving follow up to escalations are a part of your job as well. In your job as Customer Service Coordinator:
    • You will be the first point of contact for our customer(s).
    • You will monitor organized and executed transport by our external carriers.
    • You will answer questions to locate packages or collect several basic data to trace a more complex flow of a document or package.
    • You will prioritize the progress of all the orders and complaints, provide follow up and inform the customer about statuses. Also, you will process the information in the system for a proper registration.
    • You will identify deviations in the daily operations and take actions if needed.
  • Requirements
    We are looking for someone who likes challenge and want to work in a highly dynamic environment. You go the extra mile for the customer and you know how to make the customer happy. Next to that, are a natural communicator, a pro-active team player and you have a commercial attitude.
    Education and Experience:
    • Minimum of Bachelor level.
    • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a customer service role.
    • Fluent in English and French, written and verbally
    • Strong knowledge of using systems and Office.
    • SAP is a plus
