What are you going to do?
In the Benelux, you are responsible for generation new business for the global accounts. You will be the senior point of contact for the potential accounts for any business opportunities. You identify local sales and operations contacts in CEVA for supporting the account and work with several colleagues to ensure they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account.
You insure a consistency customer experience throughout all contacts with the specific clients around the World, including assisting in Quarterly Business Reviews with our customers.
Next to that, you will lead or assist the development and implementation of several account plans. Your responsibilities during these implementations are building relationships, opportunity priorization and overall account strategy.
You build and strengthen relationships with the client and insure relationships are developed at all relevant levels and geographies in the client organization by involving the global team. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and sharing these with the shareholders within the organizations and the international colleagues.
Where will you be working?
You will work in the Business Development Team for Freight Management in the Benelux. For this role, you will report to the Sales Director Freight Management Benelux. In collaboration with a success driven team, you aim to reach the best results. You will also collaborate closely with the Sales Support team.

- Bachelor/ Master Degree or equivalent in a related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar, global sales role;
- Knowledge of Air and Ocean Freight;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings;
- Strong written and spoken English is essential;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
