    What are you going to do?
    During your internship at Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Europe, you will research different employment conditions in multiple European countries. Through data analysis, interviews and surveys, the challenge is often to present the outcome in a simple and clear way. Developing and maintaining (standard) reports, analyzing data and providing guidance on data cleansing will be part of your activities. As Intern you have the opportunity to help build HR Analytics in the region. Finally, you will be helping answering questions from our Global counterpart and share collected information within the C&B Europe team.

    Where are you going to work?
    The C&B Europe department consists of the C&B Head Europe and eight C&B Country Managers. The department is part of Human Resources containing 250 colleagues across Europe. C&B is responsible for all employment conditions in Europe such as salaries, pension, and bonus plans, but also data analyses and benchmarking.
    Because this internship will be supervised by the C&B Head Europe, your working location can be anywhere in Europe. For reference, the C&B Head Europe is located in the Netherlands (Zaltbommel), but works regularly (3-5 days per week) from home or remote.

  • Requirements
    What are you bringing?
    We are looking for a student with Bachelor/Master thinking level who likes to take on challenges. Your field of study can vary from HRM or Economics to Industrial Engineering or Econometrics. You have to be able to speak and write in English. You have an affinity with numbers and at least basic knowledge in Excel. You are interested in Human Resources and have a proactive attitude. We are also open to graduation students.

    What do we offer?
    The start date is in principle February 2022. The duration and number of working days are negotiable. CEVA Logistics offers an internship fee (based on a Bachelor or Master student) of €500, - per month, based on a full-time contract.
