  • Job description
    This role supports the HRIS Data Manager with operational support for the EC module: Helps maintain the data framework in C-people, executes training for new hires within HR. Sets up reports and conducts training for HR to enable them to run reports themselves, runs reports on requests and conducts data audits. Creates standard EC training we can use, document and put to LMS. Helps maintaining and documenting the permissions structure in the system. Supports the data manager in interface requirements, data uploads, etc.
     
    1Data framework
    • Helps maintain data framework and documentation around it
    • Ensures all data definitions are documented and maintained
    • Conducts training to improve overall system knowledge on framework
    • Maintains and documents EC permissions
    • Supports any investigations to ensure data framework is up to par
    2Data quality
    • Executes regular high level audits to ensure data correctness and ensures suggestions are followed-up by the HR admins
    • Suggests further audit possibilities
    • Supports data cleansing projects
    • Identifies and escalates potential issues where spotted
    • Supports the business in identifying the core of their data incorrectness
    3Reports and dashboards
    • Ensures the HR community has the knowledge to run ad hoc reports (training and support)
    • Supports the business in setting up ad-hoc reports
    • Supports the implementation of new reports and dashboards
    4Integration
    • Supports the HRIS Data Manager with integration work or coordination of integration project
    5Projects
    • Supports any running projects with data requirements, investigations and testing of possible required EC/Data solutions
     
    6Training and documentation
    • Creates standard training, documentation and Quick Reference Guides for EC to ensure we can re-use and execute aligned trainings and knowledge sharing
    • Documents all elements of Data Framework, definitions, Employee central, Self-Service, etc.
  • Requirements
    Education & Qualifications
    • Bachelor in HR, Business or IT
    • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture principles
    Experience
    • Operational HR experience (payroll, admin, data)
    • Worked with HR Systems
    • SuccessFactors EC developments
    • Worked in an international environment
