  • Job description
    The purpose of this role is to eliminate the service contract we currently have with a 3rd party and insource that knowledge. Key elements for this role are system configurations and changes, maintaining system tables, investigating and resolving more technical issues, configuration of forms, project support (reviewing, testing, trouble shooting), supports upgrade process and general end user (2nd line) support.
    1System configuration and changes
    • Advise on technical solutions, advices on potential risks or dependencies, execution of configuration changes (including testing)
    • Pro-actively investigates improvements to our framework and processes
    • Maintaining structures and tables in C-people (framework for foundation data, drop down fields, label changes, etc.)
    • Documents all in close alignment with HRIS owner of specific topic
    2General (technical) support
    • 3rd line end-user support
    • Configuration of forms and other system elements
    • Supports and tests upgrades in close alignment with the IT Solution Lead for HR

    Project support
    • Is a part of project teams to unsure technical issues or opportunities are captured in advance
    • Trouble shooting throughout the project
    • Actively searches for opportunities and risk elimination throughout project
    • Key part of testing strategy and execution
    • Technical integration support
    4System knowledge
    • Ensures up-to-date and intense level of knowledge of SF’s

  • Requirements
    Education & Qualifications
    • Bachelor or Masters in IT or HR
    • Technical system experience, including configuration
    • Ability to work independently on the most complex projects
