  • Job description
    As part of this function, you will report to the IT Field Support Manager. Your primary mission is to provide first-line support to internal users and ensure they can get the most out of their applications.

    As LOCAL IT SUPPORT , you will:
    • be the contact point between Operational teams and IT support.
      • Evaluate if the problem can be solved locally and provide the solution to do so
      • If the problem exceeds the level of Local IT Support, create a ticket for the IT support teams
      • if the problem is likely to have an impact on the service, increase the level of importance of the ticket for immediate action by support teams, follow these incidents until they are resolved.
    • Administrative management
      • Daily monitoring of interfaces between different systems and writing of a report
      • Ticket tracking
      • IT system access management (IT Security)
      • Writing and periodic review of IT procedures
    • Writing and running user tests to test bug fixes and new features
      • HP ALM / JIRA
    • Participate in IT projects
      • Implementation of system improvement projects in which CEVA is involved
      • Monitoring of these projects
    • Settings in eWM and WM6
    • Development of dashboards with SQL and SSRS tools

  • Requirements
    We are looking for someone who likes challenge and want to work in a highly dynamic environment. You are a natural communicator, a pro-active team player and you have a hands-on attitude.

    • Fluency in French and English is required for interaction with Operational and IT Support Teams
    • Software knowledge such as JDE, eWM, WM6, DSI, the Microsoft suite.
    • Ability to do SQL and / or knowledge of SSRS is an asset
    • Analysis Capacity, autonomy and priority management
    • Focused on continuous improvement, solutions and results
    • Guard role one week out of 3 (24 hours a day, 5 days a week)
    • Flexibility during weekends (1 weekend every 2 months) and public holidays.
