  • Job description
    This role will report to the Global HRIS Manager and is responsible for supporting the various projects the HRIS team executes. Works closely with all members of the HRIS team. Although this role has a global scope, travel will not be required more than 10%. This is a growth role and we expect the person fulfilling this role to grow into a Project Manager role in 2-3 years.
    1Project Management
    • Administrating Project plans for large(r) project
      • Sets op the project plan with HRIS Project owner
      • Keeps Project plans up-to-date in close corporation with HRIS Project owner
      • Documents monthly project review (weekly or bi-weekly action lists managed by HRIS Project owner)
    • Manage smaller sized projects independently
      • Data efficiency projects
      • Report building
      • System enhancements
      • Process improvements
      • System look and feel
      • Setting up the Role Based Permissions to refresh
    • Supports in setting up business plan where needed
      • Including internal data gathering or investigation
      • Detailed set up of the business plan, based upon information from the functional experts
    2Change Management
    • Enabling the execution of Change Roadmaps
    • Managing timelines
    • Preparing communication materials
    • Manages SSC training deliveries, both from content quality as from a delivery standpoint
    • Schedules major communication events
    3Enabling the New way of Working
    • Setting up policies
    • Manages Sharepoint and redesign off
    • Implements and controls KPI’s
    • Audits process execution
    • Overall project support where needed
  • Requirements
    Education & Qualifications
    • Degree or Masters in HRM or Business
    • Knowledge of project management methodology
    • Understanding of HR processes
    • Knowledge of change management and communication processes
    • User experience with HR Systems
    • Experience in project management
    • Experience in project and process communication
    • Internationally sensitive
    • Ability to work independently
