    What are you going to do?
    As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for performing various administrative tasks. You will start with booking/administrative tasks regarding incoming orders from the customer. This includes tasks such as intensive contact with the customer, the carriers, but also intensive cooperation with various operational departments within CEVA. You are jointly responsible for meeting deadlines and handling various customer-related complaints.
    Where will you work?

    You will quickly become part of the department and organization. All this is at our innovative location in The Hague. You report to the Office Supervisor and you are part of a team of about 8 administrative employees and customer service employees. You also regularly interact with your colleagues in other departments and in the warehouse.

    What are you bringing?
    We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague who is social and communicative. You have analytical skills and are always able to keep an overview. With your hands-on mentality and flexible attitude, you know how to hold your own in the dynamics of the organization. You have already gained knowledge of the Office package, Word and Excel are familiar territory. In addition, you bring the following knowledge and experience with you:
    • 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in the logistics sector;
    • MBO level or higher;
    • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
    • Experience in working with a warehouse management system is an advantage.
