Customer Care

Our Customer Care people are indispensable. In daily contact with our customers, they are the first to know what’s happening in the market and where our customers have needs. They keep customers informed on the operational handling of shipments and take care of administrative requests for dispatches (export), deliveries (import), or price releases in Freight Management. With a varied range of tasks and alternating contact between colleagues, stakeholders, and the customer, they keep our customers informed by mail, telephone, or face-to-face about what is possible in logistics.

Be our business card

You are the first point of contact for our customers, which makes you CEVA’s eyes and ears. You listen attentively to the customer’s requirements and are able to translate them into commercial opportunities. You link up with several parties, leave no opportunity unexplored, and strive to continually improve your performance. You ensure that (commercial) agreements are honored, keep an eye on the costs, and think proactively about what is possible. You have customer service in your DNA and are the connecting link between operations and customer.
