Connection Event - the second edition

At CEVA Benelux, we wish to provide our new employees with a head start at their career within our organization. Employees begin their CEVA journey before onboarding by installing the CEVAlisation App, which makes them familiar with us in an interactive way and prepares them for their first workday. The introduction program ends with the Connection Event, a day focused on building the connection with CEVA and each other.

The second edition of the Connection Event 2016 took place at CEVA Eindhoven on the 22nd of November. Over fifty new employees of the different sites and divisions were welcomed by our Managing Director Bart Beeks, after which they got to know one another in the Let’s Connect Game. Tessa Dekker, Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, provided the attendees with tips and tricks in an inspiring masterclass about building a career. Finally, the CEVA Core Values were made their own in the CEVA Identity Game. The day ended with some drinks and bites, the perfect opportunity to socialize.
